Hand Made Pastry Chips The Story Behind The Invention of These chips are one-of-a-kind, and made from my original recipes. These chips were born out of a dream. I actually dreamt the idea and because the dream was so strong, I got up the next morning and went to the store to get everything to make them. I made a batch and took them to my neighbors to taste.
